Background

Athletics was the name of the game! I have spent nearly every season of my life in a sport, with professional expertise in the Pole Vault. I have enjoyed coaching high school athletics like cross country and the pole vault. I introduced youngsters the relationship they can create with their body when it comes to mental control, intention, and visualization. 

I have found that the same lessons can be applied to trauma and consciousness related to gaining a relationship with the here-and-now in order to process trauma. 

Experience

Kristy started seeing clients in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. She worked with clients ranging from ages 12-74 and treated a wide range of diagnoses such as:

Sometimes we only have 3 minutes to "chill" between meetings and we are supposed to use the restroom, grab a drink, clean the slate and also prep for the next meeting all at once.
